Forest Roads Construction Course

Following from last year’s successful Tactical Harvest and Roads Planning Workshops, Forme Consulting Group with Forestry Solutions from South Africa presents

Forest Roads Construction

Forest Roads Construction is intended to compliment the Tactical Roads Planning Course as this course did not specifically teach the engineering and operational requirements needed to construct a road. The Forest Roads Construction Course will focus on the elements that were only briefly covered in last year’s Tactical Roads Planning Course.
Key topics include:

Road, pavement and drainage design
Road rehabilitation
Landing design and construction

The course will feature a field element which will get you working in teams to peg out and design a road fit for purpose.
